Other areas include intellectual property, real and personal property, insurance and liability coverage, debt instrument review, employee benefits and labor matters, immigration, and international transactions. For larger transactions (>10M EUR) it is recommended to use the extensive version, but also in smaller takeovers or joint ventures it can be very useful and diligent to use the extensive version.
